Christmas Eve

Because Audrey was born the day after Christmas, it's easy to forget that this was actually her very first Christmas. Jeff and I are so thankful to have our sweet girl. We spent Christmas Eve at my mom and dad's house with all my family. Christmas Eve has always been our special night. Having Audrey this Christmas is just such a blessing and joy for us. Last year on Christmas Eve, I was happy as could be, but feeling pretty miserable. I remember thinking then that this year, our little girl would be here for Christmas. And now here she is....life is so good. And surprising to everyone in the family, Audrey wasn't the only baby celebrating her first Christmas this year. Carmen and John's precious little Heath did too. Audrey got tons of presents, one of them being her first baby doll, an American Girl Bitty Baby. She loves it! So here are lots of pictures of the celebration!

Christmas Sunday

The Sunday before Christmas has always been a special time for my family. My mom always liked for us to have new Christmasy dress and now she makes sure our kids do. This year, she managed to find matching dresses for Sunnie, Hope, and Audrey. The girls looked beautiful, so here are a few pictures. The newest addition to our family, Heath, also looked pretty sharp. He had on a suit, an actual three-piece suit, too cute! The older boys also looked handsome, but as usual, they were not interested in posing for pictures.

John-Christian Heath Bingham

My newest nephew, Heath, arrived December 1oth. He is such a beautiful, sweet baby boy! I am in love with him already. Audrey doesn't really know what to think about Heath. She gets a little whiney if she sees me or my mom holding him, but for the most part, she seems unphased. She is terribly interested in his pacifier though. As soon as she got a chance to get close enough, she pulled it right out of his mouth! Then, she must have found it again later, because we looked up to see her walking across the living room sucking a on a blue pacifier. Guess she thinks all paci's belong to her. I can't believe we have two babies in the family celebrating their first Christmas this year. These two are going to have a lot of fun growing up together!

Auntie Amy

My best friend, Amy, has been spending quite a bit of time in Texas lately, and I love it! Audrey and I met up with her at the mall a couple of weeks ago to spend some quality time shopping together. Amy got to be there the day Audrey was born almost one year ago, so they share an extra special bond!

Matching Outfits

Nana bought Kaylee and Audrey very cute matching outfits and I tried really hard to get a picture of the girls in them. Someone wasn't very cooperative...guess who?

Over the River and Through the Woods to Nana's House We Go...

The weekend after Thanksgiving we went Bridgeport to spend some time with Nana and the rest of the family. We all went to the Gaylord Texan to look at the Christmas decorations and for Trey and Kaylee to see the ICE exhibit. We had lots of fun and got some cute pictures. Nana brought out Kaylee's old kitchen set for Audrey to play with. She had so much fun. Guess it will be coming to our house as soon as I can get Jeff to make room for her toys in his game room, don't hold your breath....

Grandma's Birthday

Grandma's birthday always falls really close to Thanksgiving, so this year, we celebrated a day early at our Thanksgiving lunch. Happy Birthday Grandma, we love you!

Thanksgiving

We have so much to be thankful for this year! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and got to celebrate with both our families on the same day. Audrey had lots of fun playing with her cousins, getting toted around by grandparents, aunts, and uncles, and taking "bite-bites" of food anyone would give her. She was so funny. Audrey is one smart girl, she always wanted to be held by whoever was eating what looked the best! We are so thankful for our little girl and for our families who love her so much too.
